Do you Zoodle? Zoodles are a healthy and delicious pasta alternative and can be made with zucchini, carrots, sweet potato, beets, butternut squash, cabbage or cucumber. Zoodles are a lower carbohydrate alternative to regular pasta that tastes great and also can help balance blood sugar and support weight management. You can make zoodles using a spiralizer, julienne peeler or mandoline.
